Jonas Lamattery-Brownell is the Herrick Hospital teacher at BIS. Jonas teaches all subjects to 6-12th grade students, primarily focusing on English and History. His credentials include a BA with a concentration in History from Columbia College in New York, and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the New College of California in San Francisco. Jonas believes that the subjects he teaches are vital to understanding the world in which we live, so he often volunteers his lunch to spend more time with the students.
